I had my bottom teeth pulled 3 weeks, I want to spurs.The Dentists down.Will bone ago.Now present this pain? And what do they do? Thanks

The dentist should be encouraged in general to numb the area and the file .... should bone ..... growing, non-traumatic are very common following extractions
